FuShen Company Limited was founded in 1994 and obtained the A Class qualification of construction cost audit, which was ratified by Shanghai Municipal Construction Committee. Shanghai FuShen Real Estate Consultation of Engineering Company Limited (FSCE) is a professional construction cost consultative incorporation, which was founded out of Shanghai FuShen State Assets Evaluation Company Limited (FSAE) in 2002. FSCE’s responsibility is to help our customers dealing with the control and supervision of engineering investment and financial issues. The company was also elected to be one of the most laudable units of construction cost consultation by Shanghai Municipal Construction Committee in the aspects of service quality, efficiency of auditing and work ethic. It is also list in the Shanghai Government procurement center units.

    The registered capital of FSCE is 2 million. There are 38 professional employees working in the company including professional certified construction cost engineer, construction cost evaluations, certified supervising and engineer and consultative engineers. Many of the staffs have relevant qualifications of their won, such as certified real estate evaluator, certified public accountant, certified land assets evaluator, etc.

    The company has qualifications as the A Class Qualification of Construction Cost Consultation and Construction Project Bidding Agent issued by Ministry of Construction. It can edit and proofread the construction program cost. It analyzes and control the projects of construction through comparing with each, improving designing and limiting the cost as well. It is confirming the cost of construction program, which includes the edition and auditing of inviting and bidding for construction catalogue list and its bottom price and bidding price. Signing and adjusting the construction cost in contracts which includes the changes in the content of construction, negotiation of construction and claims expenses. Editing and examining the reports of the construction payment, construction result and footing after the completion of the buildings. Consultative service for verification and arbitration of disputes on confirming construction cost.
